A few useful things to know about your order’s journey.
Order before 2pm on a working day and we’ll dispatch that day, as long as every item is in stock.
We dispatch on working days, using DPD for most orders and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for smaller ones.
We dispatch your order when every item is ready. The longest lead time applies; we do not part-ship orders.
Dispatch time is not delivery time. Lead times on our website estimate when your order leaves us. Once it’s with the courier, we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time.

VAT is included when you order online. We can’t remove it before you place your order, but we can refund it afterwards for deliveries to the Channel Islands.
